Rate limits

Each API key is limited to 120 requests per minute (rolling window). Limits apply per key, not per shop.

Headers

Successful responses include:

• RateLimit-Limit — 120
• RateLimit-Remaining — requests left in the window
• RateLimit-Reset — ISO timestamp when the window resets

When you exceed the limit

Edison returns 429 Too Many Requests with code: "rate_limited" and a Retry-After header (seconds). Back off and retry after that interval.
